The North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) today announced its monthly player awards for the month of October and Titans forward Brandon Avezov was named Forward of the Month while teammates Randall Greene and Ethan Kavanagh were named honorable mention for defenseman and goaltender of the month respectively.
It was a banner month for Avezov. He recorded sixteen total points (10 goals and 6 assists) in seven games, including a hat trick. He leads the Titans in points and goals through the first month of the 2020-21 season. The Bellmore, NY native was named the East Division’s Star of the Week for three consecutive weeks in October.
Greene, who is the fifth different Titan to receive league recognition during the month of October, had two points in seven games. The St. Louis, MO native has been the anchor to the New Jersey blueline.
Kavanagh played in six games in October posting a 4 – 2 record between the pipes with a 2.94% goals against average and .923 save percentage. This is the second time in October he received league recognition. He was honorable mention for week ending October 19.
