The North American 3 Hockey League announced its Bauer Hockey Divisional Stars of the Week for week ending October 16 and forward Kurt Johnson was named the NA3HL’s East Division’s Star of the Week.
Johnson had five points (all goals) during this past weekend’s split with the Bay State Bobcats. He had a hat tick in Saturday’s overtime defeat, and he had a pair of goals in Sunday’s 6 – 4 come from behind victory.
On the season, the Erie, PA native is tied for the most points (7) and goals (5) on the team.
